Hi! I’m an LA local, moving down to Orange County for work, and looking for a place to stay ideally from Feb . I’m looking for my own bedroom and own bathroom with in-unit laundry, and a parking spot would be ideal. I’m pretty friendly and easy going, and will be spending most of my time working. When I’m not working, I like to go to farmers markets, do pilates, be by the water, go to concerts, or just relax indoors. Due to the nature of my job, the hours I’ll be coming and going can be pretty untraditional, but I’m considerate and always make an effort to be as quiet as possible! Looking for another friendly and considerate person to create a peaceful, good vibes home! Would love another girl(s) my age, but I'm cool with whatever. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly :)
