Hi! I’m , very low-maintenance, and currently active duty. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m usually at the gym or working, so I’m pretty low-key and easy to live with. I’m looking for a room in the $ range with utilities included. I do need parking for my car, and having a fitness center nearby would be a big plus.
