Hey everyone! My names Brenden I am a Senior Loan Consultant at a real estate brokerage finance firm called TSO Capital, based in the Bay Area but able to work fully remotely but to to the office one day a week usually. Wushu black belt, practitioner, and former coach.
My fiancée Cayla is a full-time student and works various jobs (barista, airline associate, waitress) part time as her studies allow, and full time when not in school typically.
We recently had a nearly fatal car crash which really hit our savings and we lost a car. We were living in the Bay Area, and currently at various AirBNBs in Modesto, while we search to find a place in the Modesto area to be closer to my mother and grandparents and enjoy the lower cost of living and pools at my families houses during summer😄.
Finding a place before Christmas would be ideal and excellent. It having to move stuff in and out of Airbnb locations every days, and it gets expensive.
We are clean, polite, respectful, quiet, independent, well-mannered young adults who are generous when sharing with room mates things like food. We are always friendly and clean up after ourselves, and often take initiative to clean up common areas when in a group living situation.
