I’m about to start my apprenticeship at a restaurant in Waikiki in September, post graduate from culinary school where I did my internship in Scottsdale AZ, I recently just came back from SoF to help with the start of the yachting season in the Mediterranean before signing on for my apprenticeship. Lol I’m mostly going to be at work.
