I am year old teacher and am looking to sublet my bathroom furnished apartment for $/month! I am hoping to find someone that can sublet for 3 months, but also potentially longer. I have to go back to Boston, Massachusetts to help take care of my dad who has been very sick unfortunately. The $ price includes everything, all utilities except electric which comes to about $/month, internet, renters insurance that I will continue to cover, parking behind the building and you would have the whole place to yourself!! The apartment does come furnished like I mentioned earlier and pets are welcome! There is a dog park about a one minute walk from my apartment! Also, it’s in Denver, walking distance to Washington Park so it’s in a very safe and beautiful area, it’s about a minute drive to get to downtown Denver and a 3 minute drive to get to the Cherry Creek area!! It’s truly a great spot!
