Prefer someone who is quiet and clean like me. I have a senior weiner dog ( years old) and she’s very cuddly. I will furnish the apartment, but not the room. I will take care of all the utilities, all I ask is that you’re clean and you pay rent. You’ll have your own room and bathroom.
