Room for rent. $ utilities included. Room comes with a 7 inch memory foam mattress and frame if wanted. If not I can move it out. Room is about . That is not including the closet. Chill gay friendly place (I'm gay myself). One roommate stays in room most of the time and I am usually hanging in the living room and watching TV or playing play station or out hiking. Laundry room is on (you'll have to pay to use), very close to the max, lots of shopping, movies, gym etc. There's also a home gym set up if you wanted to use it. I might be getting a couple cats so if you have a cat that could work but probably only just one. Both parking spots are taken but you can park in the visitors spot or on the street. Smoking is allowed outside away from the buildings, nicotine vaping is fine inside. You do have to be able to get on the lease which the requirements are not too high.

This bathroom will be shared with one of the other roommates as it connects to his bedroom as well. Despite the closer proximity, there is definitely a good amount of privacy around it.
