Second floor apartment with in-unit laundry and fully refurbished kitchen. $ + electric (usually around $ per month). Street parking is free. It's technically unfurnished, but we could talk about selling you some of my furniture at a reduced price so you can keep it in the apartment (including couch, dining table/chairs, dresser, and nightstand).
