This is a shared space. You get your one bedroom and one bathroom as shown in pics. We share kitchen and living room/dining room and balcony. We have washer/dryer in unit. I work M-F pm and go to school at night. friendly. Gamer. Do NOT want a partier or slacker. Have cat. No you cannot have a pet. I have to work and am not going to put up with drama or a slob. Your bathroom looks girly but you can make it what you want. Utilities included (water, internet, electric). Sublease ends Jan
