This is a bathroom house with a garage, washer and dryer. There is 3 people in our s and one in her s (roommates mother) We all get along and make food for each other and love spending time with each other or keep to ourselves. We go out and drink on occasion but are pretty laid back. We are weed friendly and have cats in the household. Open to more kitties and small dogs Al long as they are taken care of. Looking for someone close to our age that is reliable and laid back. Rent is deposit. Utilities payed separately
