We are a retired couple from Canada. We are looking to rent either a studio, a loft or 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom and kitchenette for months. We don't want it to be shareable. This is our first visit to Hawaii so any advice you have will be appreciated. I know I'm ahead but I like to be organized. We would like to arrive December to March but dates are flexible. We are not looking for some luxurious things, especially clean and comfortable things to allow us to visit the islands. Thank You
