This is a perfect opportunity for an incoming freshman or a transfer student! I currently live with 4 other amazing girls in a 5x5 who keep the living area clean and tidy and are extremely welcoming. Empire is a 10 minute walk to campus, and 5 minutes to Darla Moore. Rent is $1280 and includes a parking pass. The rent is extremely negotiable as this is last minute, I’m willing to pay for the first month and take 100 dollars off each month making it $1090.
