I’m looking for a nice room to rent, furnished or unfurnished, by . I want to be in WPB or PB. I prefer to be there and not in a farther small town East of the . I would love it if there was a pool! I don’t have a car, so I need to be in walking distance to a store. I use Lyft, and Uber. That’s why location is my #1 priority. Also, a place that has a spot for my basil, tomatoes, and some other vegetables I have in a small planter box for now. If it’s a house? Great! A deck with sun, good! But I need sun, on the deck, it can’t be shady. My place I’m at, in Lake Worth, is walking distance to the store, restaurants, cafes, bakery, etc. Why I’m moving is because there is no heat. It’s an old house, and no insulation, and I’m very petite. I’m being told I cannot use a portable heater. So, I am cold, at night, during the day, and I am looking for a place where I won’t be cold. That’s essentially the reason. I’m cold! Call me, text me, message me, and please note, I’m not looking at Boca, Del Rey, or Worthington, because it will be a lot of money for me in car service. I am growing things because things like basil, I love, it is brown in the store. My tomatoes have flowers on them already!

Looking for a room to rent. I’m looking for a place, I’m quiet, respectful, responsible, able to pay a fair amount of money, don’t have parties or weird boyfriends or anything like that. It’s just me. Looking for a place because where I’m at now, the room has no heat, and I’m told I can’t use a portable heater. The AC unit on the window has a heat button, which I tried to activate, at , but it didn’t work. It will only go on cold. So I’m cold at night, during the day. It’s a nice house, people are nice, neighborhood is great, but I’m cold. I’m very thin, and so that makes a difference. But, I am having difficulty sleeping, just because I’m cold. So, please let me know if you have a room, in WPB, or Lake Worth, walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. I don’t want to go to Boca, Del Rey, or Wellington. I want to be close to WPB because I’m looking for a job. I have income, to pay rent! But I’m looking for a job as a PT job, for something to do, meet people, get some extra cash. Since I’m on SS, I can only earn X dollars a month, so, it’s not a lot. I get income from a property I partly own in San Francisco too. Money isn’t an issue. It’s the location, amenities, (pool, place for my plants, sun, a nice kitchen, and w/d.)
