Hi there, I’m a mature single divorced male. I am a very clean person, no bad habits, respectful of others and their privacy albeit, I’m a sociable guy by nature. I own a small business, and stay very busy running about the Bay Area most days. I earn a mid 6 figure income and seek a house share situation that is a good fit with preferably just one other. I would prefer a house versus a condo or townhouse/ apartment. I hope to secure a place by August 1st. In my spare time, I like to go see and do, I own several toys that I’d like to use more often. A pleasure boat, off road toys, racing go karts, a corvette for track events, and a nice luxury Audi saloon for road trips to the roads less traveled…My toys are stored at my business storage lot. I do use two vehicle regularly, my Audi and a Honda Pilot for my business use.
