Hi! I’m looking for a roommate (female only) to share a bathroom apartment at Allegria Apartments in Roseville. I’m looking to move in July so I haven’t filled out their application yet. They have a lot of amenities such as 2 swimming pools, a basketball court, 3 tennis courts, and a volleyball court. I already toured the apartment so I recommend touring if you’re interested! I’m looking for a working professional and someone who has good rental and credit history! A little about me: - I am a behavior technician and I work about thirty hours a week. I go home for lunch every other day. - I am originally from Indonesia and I moved here about four years ago to get my undergraduate degree at UC Davis. I graduated last year and I’m planning to go to grad school someday. - I usually keep to myself and I prefer a quiet living space. - I rarely invite guests over, besides my boyfriend who usually comes twice a week. He usually comes over after I’m done with work and leaves the next morning before i go to work again, so he will not be there if I’m not there. - I do not smoke and I rarely drink. - I cook almost everyday. - I like to keep clean so I’m looking for a roommate who is willing to split chores evenly.
