Very Quiet house The monthly rent includes utilities and Wifi and Fire Stick in Private Room and it’s near Universal Studios and Downtown..I rent a Furnished Private room with a Shared bathroom. It’s very Nice and Clean. A Beautiful kitchen with dishes /Dishwasher also Refrigerator space and Food Pantry..also has a Washer n Dryer.
