Hello, my name is lamonte. I’m looking for a room to rent, with 1 person or a max of 2. I work in San Francisco and the commute is really draining so I’m looking to move to San Francisco only. I’m a single person, quiet, I don’t play loud music and I don’t mind if you do and I’m clean. I make $ before taxes taken. I’m looking to sign a 1yr lease Agreement. I prefer to move in mid Dec, I wish more soon but I need to give the property manager atleast a day notice. If the room can be held until the end of Dec then that’s awesome. No offense but I don’t want to move with people that party or smoke inside the house.
