I am renting a non-furnished room with its own private own private bathroom located off of Blue Diamond and Buffalo. (Mountain's Edge Area). There is also 2 sparkling resort style swimming pools along with a Gym. Walking distance tp Albertsons, Ross, Starbucks and PT's Pub . Utilities also included! (FEMALE PREFERRED) (NO COUPLES) I do also have an 2 adorable cats which mainly stays in my room. I never have guest over, and never any parties, or overnight guest. So I do ask for the same. I am also rarely home so this would be perfect for students, or those who want a quiet place. On my days off I enjoy Yoga, Hiking and eating Sushi. I am also the type of roommate whom will bail you out Jail if you were ever to get in trouble. (Hypoyhetically Speaking) :) J/K I do prefer living with other females, because I mainly get along with them and I grew up with 3 sisters.. (Strictly Platonic). You must also sign onto the lease, for background checks, and be able to have access to amenities. However, you can be taken off at anytime.
