Chers tous, je cherche pour ma maison des locatairesC'est une maison qui comporte un sous sol aménagé en studio d'enregistrements et un étage, de m? environ, 5 chambres et un garage qui me sert de bureau et de salle de corps, 2 salles de bains et un salon/cuisine avec poêle en approche. Parquet massif et Renovation tout juste achevée.Une femme de ménage vient une fois par semaine, il y a un petit jardins ainsi que 2 chats qui se font parfois la guerre. Il y a une chambre très grande à euros et une petite qui fait cabine de bateau à ou dispo contre service de baby-sitting et cuisine et participation aux charges !Je suis moi même productrice et vis sur place avec mon fils d'un an.La maison est a 3 minutes du métro Fort d'Aubervilliers, 4 minutes du marché du montFort le dimanche, 3 minutes de la poste / Franprix / boulangerie.J'adore cet endroit qui est ouvert à la diversités et au multiculturel.Il y a proximité le fort d'Auber et la galerie poush qui deviennent des lieux culturels forts.Si cela vous intéresse n'hésitez pas à m'écrire
