Perfect location for commuting easily to school/work. **numbers are written our because this weirdly auto-formats the postKey Info- Male-only applicants- Location: one-hundred-third St and Broadway (1 min walk from 1 train stop)- Utilities (wifi/electricity paid, heat/water included)- Lease: lease takeover from January 1 to August thirty-one. You can leave the lease as long as you find a replacement. You can resign as well for Sept 1- Fully furnished. Desk stays, bed stays, dresser stays, etc- Trash and laundry in basement- Elevator in building. Apartment on 6th floorRoommate InfoOne roommate goes to Juilliard, another roommate works in finance (Columbia grad). Both roommates are males, respectful, easy-going. I've had a great time living in the apartment while I've been in school. It's very easy to coordinate with all of them.House Rules- No partying- There is a rotating cleaning schedule for each roommate. Each week, one roommate will take out trash, clean bathroom, vacuum floors, etc- Quiet time after ten pm- If you bring someone over to the apartment, give the roommates a heads-up before. No surprisesIf you're looking for something private/quiet to come home to, this is the spot for you. If you're someone who likes having social gatherings at home, this is not for you. The open room is the converted room, downstairs. (Room is fully walled in, with door. etc) Has large windows, TONS of natural sunlight. No closet in room, but large closet available outside room, and shared coat closet available in apt. Has AC unit. Room is lightly furnished (full sized bed, lamp, small nightstand etc.) Has large cube unit for storage. Full length mirror hanging on inside of door. Smart TV in room (apps/logins not provided) Pillows, & blanket available & professionally cleaned between tenants. Sheets/Pillowcases/Towels not provided. Room dimensions (approx): Length: just under feet Width: 9 feet Height: 8 feet, ceiling to floor No formal living room. The kitchen is fully furnished & has table for eating. Utilities and wifi additional. You: Gainfully employed, No pets, No cigarette smokers. No loud or large parties. Be considerate of common space & clean up after yourself. Required for Move-In: Sublease will be drawn up to be signed by both parties. First month's rent & security deposit required. Please respond w basics about yourself - age, professional status (including remote/hybrid), how long you have lived in NYC, and whatever else may be important to you.
