I own a bath home near Century High School. I am looking to share my home with someone who is responsible and respectful. I work from home and have 2 cats. Due to this, I am unable to accept pets.

This is a room in a bath house, square feet house with lot of natural light. The upstairs was newly carpeted last year. Downstairs is hardwood. My house is centrally located to Hillsboro(Amberglen, Tanasbourne) /Aloha/ Beaverton. minutes from Intel, Hillsboro Airport. I have a backyard and plenty of parking space. If interested after an initial interview can arrange a tour for the room/house.

This huge master room has a walk in closet and it’s own private bath with a huge storage closet and is furnished with a queen size bed, mini fridge, dresser, headboard with built in shelves, lamps, keypad lock on the bedroom door. The pictures do not do it justice at all. The deposit / move in fee is half the monthly. The deposit is refunded as long as there are no damages and in the same condition as when you moved into it and a thirty days move out notice is given.I have been an Airbnb Super Host for the past decade! I have almost a thousand positive reviews from people staying in my home 😊 I accept couples, people with bad credit and/or evictions depending on circumstances. I will even consider a cat or dog for the person renting this room depending on the demeanor of your animal because we already have one very sweet extremely quiet dog living at the house. Monthly rent starts at fifteen hundred and is increased based on how many people and if there will be a pet renting the room.
