The second rooms is eleven by ten feet. Rent and deposit are ninehundred.Both bedrooms are on the main floor and will share a bathroom. All utilities are included. Internet is 1gig up and down. Laundry is on the basement floor. We also have a Hundred and fortyfive inch projector screen downstairs. Movies, sports, video games! I (Thirtyeight M) and my roommate (Twentynine M) have our rooms downstairs.I have a dog (Basset/Frenchie mix) and two cats. We have a doggy door and a privacy fenced in yard. So long as yours gets along with mine, additional pets are allowed.  I don’t pay on here.
