Living room and kitchen is fully furnished and free for anyone to use. You can have your own parking spot but you'd have to pay for it.You will have access to all community amenities from all buildings, pools, gyms, the garage (work from home offices), bike shop, and a 2 minute walk for Santa Clara square outlet (grocery store, chipotle, Starbucks, boba). Overnight guest are fine it's your room. But no parties, but small get togethers are fine. We will rarely have guest over though. Danny is always cleaning so we like a clean area but we are super chill. We play video games until like 2amish (we don't mind if you're making noise until around 2am. We won’t be able to hear you because of our headphones but we personally won’t be loud.) and then we wake up around 9am.
