I’m a -year-old professional working at a tech/finance company in Williamsburg, in the office three days a week. Clean, respectful, communicative, and easy to live with. I keep a balanced routine and value a tidy, calm home with good communication. Social and friendly, but not a party-at-home person. I’m looking for a room or roommate situation starting Feb 1 (flexible). Budget up to $/month. Preferred areas are Williamsburg, Bushwick, Lower East Side, and East Village, but I’m also open to Bed-Stuy, Crown Heights, Flatbush, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Ridgewood, or anywhere with an easy commute to Williamsburg, ideally near the L or M/J/Z lines. Open to short- or long-term options if it’s a good fit.
