I am currently living in this townhouse, and it's a great space in a nice, quiet neighborhood! You would be moving in with me & my cat, Greg. The apartment is mostly furnished (except for the 2 open bedrooms) and has an attached 2-car garage (one space for my car). You'd have your own bathroom & we’d share in-unit laundry.
