URGENT!!!!!I am looking for someone to sublease from Jan-July or until the end of the semester (December rent is free). Due to an amazing opportunity, I unfortunately can not return for this upcoming semester. The apartment is on th Street and is unit 3. It is a great location as it is a 1-minute walk to a bus stop and a 2-minute walk to campus. There are 2 rooms and 1 bathroom. It is fully furnished inside the living room (couch/TV/table/mini fridge/fan), kitchen (plates/utensils/cooking appliances), and bathroom (bath curtain/towel rack/etc). The apartment also has AC and a heater. There is also high-speed Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. My room is directly adjacent to the bathroom and very large, with a window, desk, and walk in closet. I can also leave my queen-size bed frame and mattress/pillows. It is a very quiet and calm house. My roommate is a good mix of introversion and extraversion. As well as being very clean and conscientious of your space.
