There is street parking and one spot in the driveway. Very quiet neighborhood.Room has TV mount for up " TV, and a ceiling fan.Base pay for room is $ with shared utilities(Internet, Power, Water, Garbage, Lawn Care). If you would like we can do all utilities included for $(shared power). No security deposit and rent is month to month. Willing to discuss and negotiate for long term renters.
