Hi! I’m super laid back, cannot live with pets due to allergies, entrepreneur, will have friends over on occasion, sober :) I’d like to split my apartment in Irvine, you will have your own bed and bath! We have security, a hour gym, a balcony, gated parking, hot tub, clubhouse, grilling, and other amenities.
