One of my roommates wanted to get out of Denver and is looking for someone to finish her lease ending in July.The house is 3 bedrooms and you'd share a bathroom with one person. The kitchen has new appliances (brand new oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), with built in laundry and a 3 car drive way.You would live with me and my roommate Liz. Liz is a full time student and spends a lot of time out of the house. She likes to snowboard and camp and is out of town almost every weekend (you would have the bathroom to yourself most of the time). When I'm not working I enjoy gardening, thrifting, and happy hour.We're both in our mid s, queer and friendly.We both like keeping the house clean and are huge on communication and keeping everyone happy.No animals currently live at the house, and Liz and I are both allergic to cats!Rent is $ plus utilities (water, wifi, xcel) which we split.
