Single occupancy only. No couples, no kids, no pets, but must be comfortable living with animals as one dog and two cats live here. No alcohol or drugs on the premises. Smoking outside permitted. About me - 35 yr old female, works full time MF. I keep to myself. Youre most likely to find me in my bedroom, the kitchen or outside. My boyfriend comes over some evenings and stays overnight on the weekends. I like to garden, cook and dabble in DIY. Hoping to find a roommate who will take care of and appreciate this house as much as I do.
