Roommate for a 2bd apartment

Hi!
My name is Igor, and Im looking for a roommate to move to a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment at [REDACTED] currently live there in a 1bd and want to move to an apartment in the same apartment complex. They offer multiple options of 2bd apartments ranging from 1715 to 1925. I just had a tour of their 2 bedrooms. There is one I particularly liked, and its 1795 per month + utilities and internet.
About me:
I work as a manager at a restaurant and also as a barista. I love making espresso drinks at home, working out, watching movies, and reading books. I am quiet and respectful of others' privacy and like spending time alone either reading or watching something. I usually wake up pretty early due to my schedule (from around 5 to 8 am depending on the day). Since I spend a lot of time reading, I would love to have a roommate who isnt loud and can respect others' peace and quiet (you can expect the same thing from me). Although, I dont mind spending time together from time to time (I would love to have coffee together and chat about things!). No smoking / drugs and no pets, please.
