Hi! I am looking for a roommate for my 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom apartment in Ambler. No gender preference. Just looking for someone who is trustworthy, clean and chillrelaxed. LGBTQ+ friendly. This will be a shared bathroom space with a shared living room, dining room, kitchen and basement that has storage space and washer and dryer. I have 1 very sweet and friendly cat who I would love to let roam around so hes not stuck in a room all day. The only place I dont allow him in is the basement. If you dont want him in your room you are absolutely welcome to close andor lock your door. I am a very easy going person and keep to myself and do my own thing. I work 2 jobs throughout the week and on the weekends I kind of just do whatever. I try my best to keep things tidy and organized. If our personalities go together and things go well Im open to friendship Rent is $1800 a month and utilities are quarterly which we would split so $900/person This is also street parking but its in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of spots.
