The house has an inhouse washerdryer, a huge yard, some garage and attic storage available for use, and central heating. We have a box air conditioner you can use in your room during the hotter months. Vaping and marijuana are ok as long as youre smoking outside. Walking distance to the MAX Green Line and convenient access to I-205. Clackamas Town Center is less than 10 minutes away, and Downtown Portland is less than a 30 minute drive. This is a 3-bedroom house shared with three other adults, including the homeowner and their partner. We have one small dog and one cat already living in the home, so please reach out to discuss pet arrangements if needed. Vivarium pets are welcome for consideration. Pet rent will be an extra $50/month. Rent is $1,200/month, with a $1,200 security deposit. Utilities are not included. Oneyear lease required. Available now!
