Descripción

Hello. I am renting a room in my three bedroom two bath home, you will have a private room, the bathroom is pretty much private unless theyre guests which really happened, the rent is $950, with a matching security deposit. Im looking for semi longterm, so about 3 to 9 months is OK. Im looking for someone that is gainfully employed, with verifiable income, and the background check, and most importantly the utilities will be split between two of us
