Looking for Roommates for home.

Hello, I have a decent sized 4 bedroom home in a nice subdivision and I am considering adding roommate or more. You would have a private (unfurnished) bedroom and access to all common areas of the house:
Living Room
Kitchen
Laundry Room
Movie Room
Bathroom
Storm Cellar (In garage)
Pool (Seasonal) Additionally, you would have access to the community park.
The home is also within very close walking distance to one of the Greenway Trail heads. Monthly Rent includes utilities and internet (AT&T High Speed Fiber Optic).
Must be a nonsmoker. Vaping is ok, but only outside. Pets allowed? Unlikely, as I already have an indoor cat and small dog. Not completely saying no, but would prefer to not add more. We can discuss more on the topic though. Security Deposit: $500
