Roommate wanted!

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a new roommate as my current one isn’t going to renew! The unit to rent is 2 bed / 2 bath, comes with garage, private bathroom on each side of home, 1st floor in gate community - apartment at Cottonwood Apartments in Clermont, FL Preferably female- I do have a 5 1/2 year old that lives with me every other week, must be okay with children. she’s very chill and isn’t a tantrum throwing every 5 seconds kind of child but she is a child at the end of the day. I’m a flight attendant and not home as much so a working professional would be preferred as well. This would be a lease for 12 months. About $1,130 or less each - utilities, WiFi, pest, valet trash, water/sewer, etc. included Move-in: Feb 2027 or sooner, current roommate would move out with proper notice.
