**Room for Rent: Private Bedroom + Bath, Anaheim** Looking for one person to rent my second bedroom, available **November 1**. **What you get:**
- Private bedroom with your own attached bathroom
- Walk-in closet
- In-unit washer/dryer
- Access to common areas
- Your own assigned parking spot
- Bed included if you want it (nearly new, barely used), or I'm happy to remove it **About me:** Single guy, no pets, no kids. I work from home, so I'm looking for a respectful roommate who values a calm, considerate living space. I keep a clean home, and I want to keep our home in good condition, so all I ask is that you clean up after yourself and keep the common areas tidy. **What I'm looking for:** Someone respectful with steady employment and good rental history. **Location:** On Katella, right between the stadium and Disneyland.
