Descripción

Hello, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in the suites. It is a double shared room with a male roommate. I got a really good deal on the rent and am moving, so I need to find a replacement asap. -$785/month rent + water (around $10-$20) -Nov.1 Start Date (possibly earlier if you want) -Male roommate (keeps clean and is super chill) -Furnished with desk, chair, bed, dressers, nightstand, mini fridge, and microwave -24 HOUR GYM AND LOBBY -Shared Kitchens -Building 3 Floor 2 (one of the newer and nicer buildings)
