One room with en-suite bathroom

The room will be available starting after the start of November, can’t figure out how to change the date, sorry. This is a cat-friendly home and a non-smoking environment. The room features a large walk-in closet with an en-suite bathroom with hallway access. The home itself is furnished BUT THE ROOM IS NOT. The house itself is considered a condo and is two bedrooms total. There is a small backyard as well as a garage, however it is currently being utilized for some storage, but it is available plus a drive way. The home is a few minutes drive from H-E-B, and between two prominent main roads. The neighborhood is generally quiet and peaceful. My preferred roommate is a woman or woman identifying person as I am LGBTQ friendly, of the age range of 25-45, but I am willing to rent to a couple (no kids!). I work from home and ask for a quiet environment between 8-5 during the weekdays. Utilities included with the rent amount.
