Pets OK! The downstairs suite is about 550 ft2. It has a huge 14 x 16 foot primary bedroom with two closets. The private full bath has a luxurious jetted soaker tub and a bidet. A second bedroom is 11 x 11, and a third 8 x 8 bonus room is included free. The bonus room has a closet and window, but is too small to be officially considered a bedroom.
