The property has a large wooded backyard with plenty of room to spread out, plus kitchen, laundry, common-area access, parking, and seasonal pool access. We also have chickens and an outdoor cat, along with four dogs in the home.
The house is still being updated in some areas, but renovations are mostly cosmetic as we continue improving the home over time.

About the roomies
This is a household of working professionals, generally in our late 20s to mid-30s.
Mason & Caitlyn live downstairs. We are respectful, easygoing, sociable but generally keep to ourselves, and stay busy with work and life.
The upstairs room is rented to another woman who is respectful and easygoing. She works during the week and is often out hiking, exploring, or spending time outdoors on the weekends. She has two dogs in the home.
The overall household is relaxed, clean, and respectful. Ideally looking for someone who will be a good roommate fit rather than simply a renter: courteous, responsible, and mindful of shared spaces.
