Private Room for Rent in Jacksonville, FL 🏡✨
Looking for a clean, respectful roommate to share my 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Jacksonville near Kernan Blvd & Atlantic Blvd.
I currently have one private bedroom available for $900/month. If you need more space, I also have the option to rent both upstairs bedrooms + the private bathroom for $1,150/month. What’s included:
• Private bedroom
• Shared full kitchen & dining area
• Washer & dryer
• Parking
• Pool access 🏊🏽♀️
• Small gym access
• Utilities included
• Quiet, clean home
• Convenient location near grocery stores, gas stations, BJ’s, Walmart & major roads
• About 11 minutes from I-295
The upstairs area offers a little more privacy, with the bedrooms and bathroom separate from the main living area. The home is currently occupied by me, and I also run my beauty business downstairs, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean, responsible and comfortable with a peaceful home environment.
A few house expectations:
• Minimum 6-month lease
• No smoking
• No overnight guests
• Keep shared spaces/kitchen clean
• Respectful and considerate of noise
• No parties
The room is unfurnished, so you’re welcome to make it your own.
