Room for rent at Campus Crossings on Brightside, $440/month, available now Hey everyone, I'm moving out of my room at Campus Crossings on Brightside (1443 Brightside Dr) and need someone to take over my lease. It runs through July 19, 2027 and the room is open right now. The important stuff: • $440/month plus a $20 conservation fee. That's a bit less than what the office is charging for this floor plan right now. Internet, water, sewer and trash are included. Electricity is the only thing on top, split between roommates. • Private furnished bedroom in a 4 bed / 2 bath. Bed, desk and dresser in the room, and the living room and kitchen are furnished too. Washer and dryer in the unit. • If you sign, I'll pay half of your first month ($220) and I'll cover the lease transfer fee, so switching it over costs you nothing extra. • You sign your own lease directly with the office. You're only responsible for your room, never anyone else's rent. Roommates are two PhD students. Quiet, clean, easy to live with. If you need somewhere calm to study, this is a good setup. The LSU Tiger Trails bus stops right in front of the complex, so you don't need a car or a parking pass. It's about 5 minutes to campus if you drive. The complex has a pool, a 24-hour gym, a computer lab with free printing, study rooms, and a package hub for Amazon deliveries. Pets are allowed.
