Hi, my name is Dave, Small 1 bedroom for available To help someone who has just moved to the Little Rock area or a Disabled /Retired Person Needing an affordable alternative solution, To allow time to get on their feet until they can obtain their own place I also live in the apartment and I work from home as a customer service rep for a Gas / Electric Company. Helping customers with their past due bills so it's in my nature to genuinely help people. The room is all yours, I sleep on the couch in the living room area. The room has a bed, mini fridge / freezer, microwave, Shared access for 1 bathroom but I handle the cleaning of the bathroom, Full kitchen, washer / dryer inside apartment and closet space. Room is open to Women and also men - Prefer retired or disabled or simply a hardworking person trying to get on their feet, No alcohol, Smoking is okay outside or in the room with an air purifier, Most importantly honest, and good hearted person and respectful to each other or Text Dave if interested.
