Utilities included in cost: internet, electric, water, sewer, trash, and natural gas. There is driveway parking available. Washer and dryer also available in residence. Full use of the kitchen appliances and dishware.
I am a single mom with a 15 year old boy. I am a nonsmoker. I have cats and a fish.

I require $500 deposit to hold room and 1st month rent due prior to move in. Ask about Lease terms short term leases (9 months or less)
There is a background and credit check. The credit does not need to be good. Just no delinquencies on housing. fee (~$100).
I am looking for someone who does not smoke and can clean up after themselves.
