Hi! We’re looking for a 4th roommate to join our 3-bedroom apartment in Toluca Lake, available starting this upcoming month! Rent is $1,300/month + utilities. A little about the place:
• Private bedroom + your own bathroom
• Dedicated parking spot in a gated underground garage
• Storage unit in the underground garage that you’re welcome to use
• Washer/dryer + AC in unit
• Guest-friendly non-permit street parking
• Safe, quiet, and clean neighborhood
• Close to lots of great bars/restaurants and about a 20-minute walk or short drive to Trader Joe’s
• One cat lives in the apartment 🐈 A little about us: there are three of us currently — my boyfriend Nick and I share one room, and his best friend Dylan is in the other. We’re all working professionals between 26–33, and the apartment is co-ed. We keep the place clean but are pretty laid-back and want someone with a similar vibe. We’re not a party house, especially during the work week, but we’re totally fine with having friends over or the occasional late night on weekends. We want everyone to feel comfortable actually living in the space and making it feel like home. We’re looking for someone respectful, clean, easygoing, and responsible with rent/utilities. $1,300/month + utilities
