You will enjoy this spacious property and room. The property has 1 one pool and 1 fitness center. The pool and fitness are open during office hours. Mon to friday from 9am to 6pm. Saturday from 10am to 5pm. Fitness center close on Sunday. Pool open on Sundays from sunrise to sunset. There is a park across the street from property and plenty of sidewalk in the area to go walking/running. Planet fitness is 5 to 10 min away and open 24 hours. This listing is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. You will have the master bedroom to yourself. With the bathroom inside bedroom. The room will be unfurnished. The unit has washer and dryer. The kitchen, dining room and living room is shared. I ask to keep kitchen clean. Smoking is allowed. I ask that you smoke outside on the balcony. To move-in is security deposit of $500 and $1500 first month rent. Total move-in is $2000. Security is refundable. Rent is $1500 and is due the 1st thru the 3rd of the month. Rent include water/trash/sewer/light/cable/wifi/community amneity fee. Keep house guest to a mininal. Unit not big enough for parties. I am gone from 7am to 7pm on weekdays and work everyother weekends. So you will have the place to yourself. I really do not have house guest only my partner.
