I am looking for a roomate for a FULLY FURNISHED, PRIVATE bedroom and en-suite bathroom in a 2 bedroom condo. Gym, High speed internet, cooling/heating, water ALL INCLUDED. Free parking. TONS of natural light in the room with 2+ windows. VIEW of a fountain and beautiful green Central Park with 2 grills, fire pits and picnic area and mail boxes 10 steps away. Spacious Room comes fully furnished with brand new furniture - sofa bed convertible, a study table, comfy revolving chair and a lamp. Full walk in closet with a LOT of storage. En-suite bath has a tub/shower, single vanity and lots of storage space with a medicine cabinet. Condo is in an upscale property with gym, pool, lounge, club room, dog park, firepit, grilling amenities. VERY safe and clean!! Long term renters with beautifully landscaped and well maintained property. Well lit with fountains and ample parking. 5 mins from downtown New Albany and all highways. Quiet and peaceful! No Pets please. I am very clean, tidy and self reliant. I am quiet and prefer to relax in the peace and quiet after work. There is no one living at the property except for me for those 6-8 days per month so you will have the place to yourself for the most part.
