Furnished room with new queen bed, dresser, nightstand, small desk and TV if requested, offered in 30 day segments. Bathroom just down the hall. Shared access to kitchen, living room, covered back porch with 2 person hot tub, 40 foot lap pool in warm months. A second, identical room is available but will not be leased unless it’s someone you know and agree to share a bathroom with. Bring a work buddy and you both will receive a discount. Owner lives here - a retired introverted female who will not talk your ear off. Owner’s small dog, a cat who thinks he owns the place and 3 goldfish also share the house but not your room. I simply ask that you be tolerant. Willing to discuss you bringing a small pet; some additional fees would apply. All utilities included plus WiFi. Easy access to Mena’s hospital, downtown and Rich Mountain where new bike trail system is under construction. House is brick ranch style one story. Entire interior of the home is being painted so no photos of the bedroom yet. I can share older photos of the room with you. Background check ($25) required or copy of your local contract with financial details hidden. Short term lease required; 30 day increments. Happy to have you longer if all goes well. A traveling hospital employee stayed with me for months and then came back the next year for another.
