Hello! My name is Nicole and I live in a two bedroom apartment at Boulder Ridge. I’m planning on moving out swiftly after graduation MAY 2027 and need someone to fill my lease until August (with a chance to resign!). You will have bedroom A, which has a walk-in closet that is attached to the bathroom! I do have a roommate, but she is a very respectful cool girl. Shared living room/kitchen area. I own all of the living room decor so you can bring anything you desire. All utilities covered except for electrical. Girl roommate preferred!
